SHIPPING POLICY

All non pre-orders are processed ASAP and shipped same day before 5pm and next day after 5pm. We ship orders through USPS and they are closed on Sundays.

For pre-orders please allow up 14 business days for your order to process. Please note business days do not include weekends and holidays. (PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND WHEN BOOKING YOUR HAIR APPOINTMENT!!)

Shipping takes 2-3 business days once shipped

We recommend HIGHLY that you order your hair first and once it arrives then proceed to book your hair appointment.

You will be contacted if there are any problems and feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.

PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED A SHIPPING EMAIL STATING THAT YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED.
